The first 24 hours are crucial in any serious loss and at ProAdjust we assign a dedicated team to take control of major incidents from the start and provide invaluable and practical on the ground advice.
We report on a daily basis to our instructing principals and provide accurate, realistic reserves. In handling a number of the most serious fires in Ireland we have demonstrated that our dedicated, hands-on team approach works effectively with very successful outcomes for all stake holders.
The ProAdjust serious loss team is drawn from all areas of our business and is driven by success and a desire to control a major loss and influence the outcome from start to finish. This team will proactively manage the loss and will simply not wait around for things to happen. Our team will address policy liability and appropriate reserves; measure the loss, devise and offer solutions to the policyholder and implement an agreed business recovery plan with the key decision makers that mitigates the loss.
When the emergency services have moved on our team will pick up the pieces and deal with the claim in a fair, pragmatic and effective way, bringing a no nonsense, common-sense approach that wins the support and confidence of the policyholder, broker and Underwriter alike.
