The ProAdjust serious loss team is drawn from all areas of our business and is driven by success and a desire to control a major loss and influence the outcome from start to finish. This team will proactively manage the loss and will simply not wait around for things to happen. Our team will address policy liability and appropriate reserves; measure the loss, devise and offer solutions to the policyholder and implement an agreed business recovery plan with the key decision makers that mitigates the loss.
When the emergency services have moved on our team will pick up the pieces and deal with the claim in a fair, pragmatic and effective way, bringing a no nonsense, common-sense approach that wins the support and confidence of the policyholder, broker and Underwriter alike.
